Who We Are
SML Scrap & Property Maintenance is a local, owner-operated business based in Southend-on-Sea. We started out in scrap metal collection and vehicle maintenance — two trades that taught us the same lesson: people want the job done properly, at a fair price, without the runaround.
Over time, we've grown to cover a wider range of work — painting and decorating, small demolition, and hardcore clearances — because our customers kept asking, and we kept delivering. Every job we take on gets the same treatment: we turn up when we say we will, we work hard, and we leave the site clean.
We're not a big company with a call centre. You deal with us directly, get a straight answer, and know exactly what you're paying before we start.
